Overnight oats have this magical ability of soaking up whatever liquid you choose to use making them super flavorful and ridiculously silky. That's why A cook used Silk's NEW Protein Nutmilk! Not only are there 10 grams of protein in every serving, but this nut milk is extra silky making it the reliable addition for these overnight oats!

What goes in

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Silk Protein Nutmilk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon. honey, or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon. vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry chia seed jam, see recipe below
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Strawberry chia seed jam
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Granola

How it comes together

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, nut milk, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup if vegan), vanilla and jam, mixing well.
  2. Cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  3. To make the jam, add chopped strawberries to a small saucepan over a moderate burner and stir occasionally until they become syrupy, about 5 minutes. Mash the strawberries using a potato masher or the back of your spoon and remove from heat. Add honey (or maple syrup) and chia seeds, mixing well, and let sit for about 5 minutes to thicken up.
  4. Top overnight oats with a dollop of jam, sliced strawberries, and granola. Enjoy!
